Reclaimed kITCHEN

DECEMBER 2025

This full kitchen renovation became a real case study in sustainable design, showing how beautiful spaces can be created using reclaimed and second-hand materials. The project includes:

• Bespoke solid pine kitchen units rescued from a local refurb

• Worktops fabricated entirely from marble yard offcuts

• A stainless steel island sourced from Facebook Marketplace

• Reclaimed parquet flooring

• A second-hand travertine dining table

• Vintage lighting throughout

In fact, the only items which were not reclaimed, recycled or second-hand were the taps, cornice and ceiling rose!
