London based: 1 hour 30 minutes - £350.00
Setting the scene: When planning for a new project, it's absolutely crucial that you settle on the core themes and requirements before anyone starts any physical works. This is where an initial consultation can help by ensuring that the time is dedicated to working through your plans, dreams and expectations to set the ball rolling in the right direction. By the end of this session, we’d expect to have enough information to prepare a moodboard, a general concept for the space and some example fixtures & fittings. This document is then yours to be used as a reference point as your plans and building works progress. Alternatively, this document then forms the foundation for any more detailed and comprehensive interior design work we complete (eg Floorplans, Elevations, FF&E Spec Sheets, 3D Renders etc). -

Virtual consultation: 1 hour - £150Our Sustainable Renovation Consultation is a unique offering to discuss and develop the plans for your home with expert guidance on sustainable materials and best practices. We also focus on how to preserve character whilst ensuring that your home is practical and functional for modern living. Renovating a property with historical significance requires a thoughtful approach to maintain both the aesthetics but equally importantly, to maintain how the building functions as a structure - condensation build up, double glazing, breathable paints and wall finishes are all important decisions to make before you start demolishing walls. With effective planning you can ensure that any renovation process is carried out in a sympathetic manner aesthetically, but also improve how it works as a building. We provide consultations notes after this session so that you have a reference point for further conversations and plans.
